Driver Requirement

Drivers must be between 18 – 70 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Any guest within a party who wants to drive must bring a valid driver’s license.

A digital version of the driver’s license is acceptable.

Drivers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle while on the tour or rental. You will be financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle and/or property damage.

The collateral is to ensure rental gear is returned and any damage to vehicles is accounted for.

No, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 25 years of age or older.

Please pay special attention to the rules of the road. This is a scenic/historical tour that reaches speeds of up to 40 KM/H.
Reckless and dangerous driving is prohibited.

  1. Listen carefully to all instructions given by our guides.
  2. Failure to comply with road safety rules will result in guests being removed from the tour without a refund.
  3. Any damage caused by the driver or passenger to vehicles, property, (whether public or private) is their financial responsibility.
  4. Drivers must maintain a safe distance of 2-3 meters from the vehicle in front of them.
  5. No consumption of alcohol or drugs during the tour or before the tour that will affect driving abilities.
  6. No Sling Shots: It is prohibited to intentionally hold the vehicle behind the tour and then shoot the engine to swing out and overtake the tour.
  7. No side-by-side driving: Passing or driving next to other vehicles is prohibited.
  8. No tail slip: Turn on the engine and turn the wheel to drag the tail of the vehicle.
  9. No Rock Sling: Swivel tires to throw rocks at the vehicle behind you.
  10. Drivers must not use their phone while driving.
  11. Drivers must not stop while driving without reason.
  12. Drivers and passengers must wear seat belts and all protective equipment during the tour.
  13. Guests must provide a credit card as a collateral for gear and vehicle rental.
  14. Drivers must sign the rental agreement prior to the tour.

Rider Considerations

No people with back problems, recent surgeries, bone/joint problems, or heart conditions. No pregnancies.

Yes, but It depends on the vehicle. For example for the 50cc scooter no more than 100 kg and for the 3-seater 450 kg max with bags. Please check with our office staff for details.

No, off-roading is prohibited for pregnant guests.

Children are welcome. The minimum age for quad passengers is 12, and there are no restrictions for buggies. Car seats can also be accommodated for child passengers.

Clients are covered by third party insurance as required by Cyprus law. That means that they are responsible to pay for any damages they might cause.

We can accommodate guests with wheelchairs. Please chat with our office staff for details.

There is a bathroom at the staging area, St. George area and at Lara bay.

Our bikes are well-maintained. Before each safari, thorough checks are conducted on brakes, steering, tire condition and pressure, lights, mirrors, engine, and fuel. Detailed records of maintenance are maintained.

Our staff drivers are well-informed about health and safety protocols and are equipped with instructions for handling emergencies effectively.

“Like to like”. Customers pick up the vehicle with 1-2 lines and are required to return it back the same. For rentals, no refund, no returns. Note: Fuel is included in the safari price.

Customers are responsible for any traffic fines incurred while renting the vehicle.

Accidents can result from driver inexperience or reckless behaviour. While we keep a moderate pace, beginners should remain cautious.

It is advised that beginners opt for the buggy. With safety belts and a car-like ride, the buggy is the safest choice. Also, the paths we follow on the safari are not suitable for inexperienced quad bike riders.

Come Prepared

Driving Licence, Passport, Towel, Sunblock & Sunglasses, Dust mask/Bandana Swimwear, Closed-toe shoes, Water bottle and Cash.

For rentals you need to arrive at the shop between 08:30 AM – 09:00 AM.
For safaris you need to arrive at the shop 30 minutes prior to the starting time.

Unprotected cameras and digital devices. Anything that cannot get dirty, wet or lost.

No, the lunch is optional however you can order it once you arrive at the shop. Prices starting from €10 and we accept cash only.

Yes, you will need to book your spot in advance. The charge is an additional €10p.p (cash only) for both ways.

There is no smoking (while driving) or alcohol consumption during the tour. Guests who arrive intoxicated will be prohibited from participating in the tour.

Cancelation Policies

24 hour cancellation period.

72 hour cancellation period for private tours.

No charge will be incurred for cancellations made outside of the cancellation period. “No Shows” at tour time will incur a 100% charge of the individual tour price. No refunds will be issued once the tour has commenced.

  • Reservations without a deposit are valid until 09:00 AM.
  • Reservations with advance payment are valid until 11:00 AM.

We have the right to refuse the rental if the agreements are not respected. In the event that we reject a rental that we deem unsafe, the deposit will be refunded.
